Telesales Agent (f/m/d) – Beauty & Aesthetic Medicine (part-time)

To support our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated Telesales Agent (f/m/d).

Your tasks:

• Maintenance of customer master data
• Telephone customer acquisition and support of existing customers
• customer service and sales on the phone
• Recording of orders and forwarding to customer service
• Support with promotional campaigns
• Documentation of customer feedback in the CRM system

Your profile:

• Enjoyment of telephone sales and cold calling
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Committed and professional demeanor
• Good MS Office knowledge
